1. slowly peel off the white plastic seal from the motif. the motif will remain on the sticky side

2.place the design carefully onto the cloth useing the sticky seal

3. set the appropriate temperature and time on the heat press machine, then close the board of up and down

4.finish iron, after a while, remove the plastic seal

5.motif is premanently affixed to clothing，see, how it is looks
